This is my current role. On a daily basis I do the following: â€‹

  • Preparing and selling listings through comparative market analysis research, staging, photography, marketing, showings, and negotiations. 

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents such as offers, contracts, and closing statements and effectively explaining documents to clients. 

  • Organizing and maintaining effective communication with multiple clients and other parties on a daily basis such as escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers while simultaneously carrying multiple contracts to closing. 

New Home Sales Specialist

Trendsetter Homes LLC

July 2020 - March 2021

In this role I did the following:

  • Expanded and manage leads through aggressive prospecting and networking.

  • Provided innovative solutions and products to new and current clients. 

  • Educated new homebuyers on industry trends and maintained understanding of contracts and pricing structures.

  • Developed and maintained strong relationships with customers and partners.

  • Tracked activity and sales consistently in our CRM.

  • Produced quality content for promotional and informational purposes on the company's websites and social media platforms.

In this role my responsibilities included: 

  • Preparing reports and excel spreadsheets detailing project updates, performance data, and ongoing trends.

Throughout this experience I did the following:

  • Assisted in member communication, vendor communication, schedule creation, budget administration, rehearsal, and day of event coordination. 

  • Successfully brought in over $50,000 in revenue through event sales and bookings. 

  • Planned large-scale events such as trade shows, conferences, and parties with more than 100 attendants.

  • Captured elegant photographs at events enhancing membership value. 

Golf Course Attendant

Highland Springs Country Club

May 2017 - Aug. 2019

I held this position each summer throughout college. Throughout this experience I did the following: 

  • Exceeded daily sales goals through excellent customer service and consistent interactions. 

  • Interacted with more than 100 golfers per day developing rapport and building effective relationships. 

  • Memorized over 200 members' names and membership numbers for personable and efficient service. 

  • Facilitated sales among high-end cliental by maintaining a well-stocked and organized product selection. 

Student Caller

University of Kansas Endowment

In this role I did the following: 

  • Conducted approximately 30 cold calls to alumni per shift.

  • Developed rapport with KU alumni to maintain the University's positive image.
